South Wales Fire Service helicopter carrying water has been repeatedly flying back and forth over our house all day today (still going now at 7pm and I think I first saw it about 8am).
According to Natural Resources Wales there’s a wildfire in Gethin Forest between Merthyr Tydfil and Aberdare, just over the side of the valley from us 🔥😟
