Tiratissima – extended pizza

> up to 3 meters of pizza, 24-hour leavened, 75% hydration

and a bit of a chess theme 🍕♟️

A long wooden board holds a variety of pizzas with different toppings, surrounded by wine glasses and plates set on a dining table.

Chess pieces are suspended in a diagonal line, hanging from strings against a wall.

Two framed chess piece artworks are displayed side by side, featuring a king and a knight.
