Dirty fries – sauerkraut, cheese, aioli, ketchup – and sticky tempura aubergine, coriander and chilli bao bun. Delicious but it got messy 😊

An old loaf tin has made a re-appearance since my bread maker broke down. Handmade bread which is very tasty, but not quite getting the rise I want yet 🍞

A bad day for bread. My Panasonic SD-2501WXC bread maker appears to have given up the ghost today after a 12 year lifespan. Appears to have died in the middle of baking a spelt loaf 😢

Roughly estimate it’s baked close to 1500 loaves of bread plus made 200-300 kilograms of pizza dough 🍕🍞

I find myself having a bagel and coffee for breakfast and watching football. At just after 2am.

My wife and daughter had to leave **early** for a short holiday they’re taking together so I thought I’d watch the Women’s World Cup USA v Vietnam match. I’ll also be watching England v Haiti later ⚽️
