Very decent Sunday lunch at the Eliot Arms, South Cerney. Beetroot Wellington and Arkell’s 3B bitter 🍺

Trying to support our local pub, which is under new management. Good beer – plus they even serve horses (with broccoli 🥦! Who knew?) 🍺

Of course I had to try the relaunched Double Diamond 🍺

It’s not too bad, a fairly light and refreshing pale ale. I remember it from the 1970s, but probably more of the ad campaigns than the taste of the beer 😊
